Dear Dr. K.Kamalakkannan, Nachimani here, the CEO of Advan-kt. I have checked your CV and found that you have several doctoral degrees but there is no substantial publication at international level. I’m telling this not to degrade you but publication is the identity of an academician. We need knowledge contribution for the field we are in so it grows continuously. As such, I recommend you to come up with a solid paper which can bring better understand for the current field that you attached or something originally new. If you publish 1 or 2 papers at international journal, then I’m ready to award D.Litt from our university for lowest fees. We charge post doctoral USD XXXX but if they publish a good paper, then we will deduct 30%. A previous student was given USD XXXX waive at fees for his outstanding work. And subsequently, we considered him as Assistant Professor for our faculty. We don’t pay a full scale salary for faculty position because such system creates passive academic. Dear Khandker Md. Yeahia, In order to become a professor, one need no PhD. I’m sure you wont understand this as I can see your freshness in academic context. Isaac Newton was appointed as Professor when he published his journal paper the Optics. His paper was regarded as great discovery and he was immediately appointed as Professor at Cambridge University UK. He had no PhD at that time but his paper contained an explanation for the spectrum of colors. Second example: Albert Einstien was appointed as Professor at Zurich University when he published his first paper, the specific relativity (E=mc2 squared). In similar mean, if you can publish a great discovery, then we appoint you as professor. Not only us, but the whole world will do.
